• Nationwide coverage across South Africa (main centers 3-5 business days, remote areas 5-7 days).

• Local Pickup: Available at our Boksburg warehouse (642 Trichardt Rd).

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: On orders over R2,500 (tyres/rims only).

• Standard Rates: Calculated at checkout (based on weight/location).

3. Order Processing

• Confirmed Orders: Shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Tracking: Sent via SMS/email once dispatched.

4. Special Circumstances

• Oversized Items: (e.g., 22″+ rims) may incur additional fees.

• Installation Kits: Shipped separately if backordered.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Eligibility

• Unopened Products: Return within 7 days for full refund.

• Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom powder-coated rims (made-to-order).

• Opened tyre sealant/balancing products.

3. Return Process

1. Email returns@sswheels.co.za with:

   • Order number

   • Photos of issue (if applicable)

2. We’ll send a collection label (free for defective items).

3. Refund processed within 5 business days after inspection.

4. Refund Methods

• Original payment method (5-7 business days).

• Store credit (instant issuance).
